A total of 4.0 clock hours of continuing education have been approved for the completion of these eight modules. To obtain the maximum hours you are required to complete this application, answer all the questions, obtain a score of 80% or higher on each module, and complete the evaluation form. Only original, completed packets will be scored. CRCC will not accept photocopies for continuing education credit. A fee of $50.00 will be assessed for the course.
