The CRCC provides a Home Study program as a means for rehabilitation counselors to continue their education to enhance the quality of services they provide.
All certified rehabilitation counselors must demonstrate they have obtained 100 hours of continuing education over the five-year term of certification, of which a minimum of 10 hours must be in ethics. Upon successful completion of this home study course, participants may earn up to 4.0 clock hours of continuing education in ethics.
The 8 modules in this program were written by experts in the field and cover the areas most often seen by the CRCC Ethics Committee. To participate, read the articles and complete the questions according to the instructions, before mailing them to the CRCC with the required fee of $50.
