We appreciate your interest in helping CRCC as we proactively advocate across new state health care exchange systems for the inclusion of rehabilitation counseling services for people with disabilities, with CRCs being the individuals qualified to provide those services. 

Shortly after completing this questionnaire, you will be contacted by email and brought up to speed on the status of implementation in your state.  Depending on the activities in your state and your interests and preferences, specific volunteer opportunities may be presented.  If volunteer opportunities do not currently exist, you will be included in future updates and information about volunteer opportunities in your state as those announcements are made.  Completing this questionnaire alone does not commit you to any particular activity or course of action.
