Self-employed since 1987, Dr. Jenipher Gaffney maintains a private practice in Vancouver, Washington with an emphasis on trauma survivors and those adjusting to disability. In addition to forensic evaluation and vocational rehabilitation counseling, she provides employee assistance counseling, employer consultation, and disability education. Registered as a vocational rehabilitation counselor (VRC) in Washington, Alaska and with Department of Veterans Affairs, Dr. Gaffney is also a board-certified vocational expert (Diplomat, American Board of Vocational Experts), and serves as an expert witness in cases involving permanent disability, personal injury, wrongful termination, medical malpractice, veterans issues, marital dissolution, and worker’s compensation. She has provided expert witness testimony for Social Security (ODAR) since 1992, as well as for the Railroad Retirement Board (RRB). Dr. Gaffney is a Past-Chair of the CRCC Ethics Committee.
