The Supportive Housing and Supported Employment Program Administrator for Washington State’s Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery, Teesha Kirschbaum is a passionate advocate for supportive housing, supported employment, and recovery support services. Teesha has spent the past 15 years working in many areas of vocational rehabilitation (VR) and supported employment. These areas include: matching employers and job seekers, providing VR counseling, running an office providing VR counseling, and advocacy. Teesha has a Master’s degree in Vocational Rehabilitation Counseling and is a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor.
